MARCO MEZZACAPO

Marco is a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia and a graduate of Vancouver Career College. He brings an empathetic approach to manual therapy and believes each person is their own unique self. Marco develops patient-centered treatment plans focused on helping them reach their goals.

Marco often treats patients wanting to relieve soreness from training, or involved in a motor vehicle accident with soft tissue injuries such as whiplash or back pain, or looking to reduce general stress and muscle tension.

Modalities employed by Marco include myofascial and trigger point therapy techniques, deep tissue massage when beneficial, and PNF stretching to assist with increasing the movement of restricted joints.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys dipping into cold plunges and getting lost in trails.
