Osteopathy

Osteopathy is aimed at improving the body’s natural healing ability so that it repairs quicker by improving all aspects of mobility throughout. Osteopathic practitioners provide one-on-one treatment using manual therapy techniques.

Osteopathic practitioners observe and test for restrictions in the joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and fascia of the whole body.

Treatments are directed towards removing these restrictions by applying specific osteopathy techniques, including myofascial release, cranio-sacral therapy and visceral osteopathy.

With osteopathy, every treatment is unique and specifically designed for the needs of the patient. Osteopathic Practitioners understand the relationship between structure and function within the body and that all aspects must work together for optimal health.

“I would recommend osteopathy to someone who has never tried it. I feel really good after these sessions. Lynn Rheault’s technique is gentle and effective”
